Booking marketplace with a partner dashboard
I led engineering for a live marketplace: customers search, compare and book; partner companies manage their listings and bookings from their own dashboard. Row-level security on every table and phased releases behind feature flags.
- Next.js
- NestJS
- Postgres
- Docker
P_02
A SaaS product that replaced a legacy desktop system
I rewrote a desktop management system from scratch. I chose a modular monolith because the workflow needs transactional consistency, and isolated each customer’s data at two layers in the database. I migrated all historical data with no loss, backed by daily backups and tested restores.

P_03
On-premises BI for a manufacturer’s ERP
Working solo, I built an end-to-end BI platform on top of the ERP database the company already used, with a Windows installer, licensing and versioned releases. Decisions are documented in architecture decision records (ADRs).
- .NET 8
- Clean Architecture
- Next.js

P_04
HR management platform
I was the sole architect and developer of a platform covering the whole employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding. Database-level security tested for every role, sensitive data masked, and AI with a clear limit: it only extracts and summarizes; people make the decisions.
- React
- Postgres
- pgTAP
- Playwright
P_05
Field-sales quoting app
An internal app for a sales team: it works offline, produces PDF proposals and enforces access control verified by tests against the database. The pricing rules stay with the client.
- React
- Supabase

P_06
A design system for two products
I merged two front ends into one design system: tokens, 40+ accessible React components (each tested with keyboard and axe) and transactional emails that only apply the brand color when it passes a contrast check.

How I lead engineering.
Five principles I use to build teams, grow people and make decisions. They’re opinions, each with an example of where I’ve applied it.
- #N-01
Direction before output.
Clear architecture and business alignment pay off more than sheer output.
In practiceOn Certacon’s platform of 60+ microservices with a 99.5% SLA: Clean Architecture and SOLID across every service. source: LinkedIn (sign-in required) (opens in a new tab)
- #N-02
Traceability over magic.
Every number, decision and score has to show where it came from.
In practiceIn AURA Care-Chain (a FIAP project), every risk score ships with its factors and weights explained. source (opens in a new tab)

AI suggests, a human signs off.
AI gets adopted with clear criteria and a named person accountable for the outcome.
In practiceAt Certacon, I set up AI committees. source: LinkedIn (sign-in required) (opens in a new tab)
- #N-04
A leader can’t be the bottleneck.
If every decision goes through me, the team stalls. My job is to grow people who can make the call.
In practiceA leveled career ladder, individual development plans and mentoring. I hired and trained 10 people. source: LinkedIn (sign-in required) (opens in a new tab)

AI agents work under a contract.
I treat AI agents like a team: every repository spells out what must not change, what “done” means and who reviews the work.
In practiceEvery plan gets an independent review, nobody approves their own work, and tests run before every merge.
